Official McDonald County Contacts

This is a private reference service, not a government office. It cannot confirm custody, release anyone, post bond, or obtain an official booking record. Contact the government office that holds the record for those actions.

County Detention and Booking Records

For county custody, a booking record, or a booking-photo request, begin with the McDonald County Sheriff’s Office and identify the request as a Sunshine Law request. The official sources do not publish a separate records-unit line, booking-photo form, records-office hours, or fixed photo fee.

Official detention page: McDonald County Detention Center

The detention page lists Saturday visitation windows, but they are not records-office hours. It lists male visitation from 8:30 to 11:30 and female visitation from 1:30 to 3:00, subject to its visitor rules. Confirm any visit, contact, or account detail directly because procedures can change.

Where to Direct a Question

Match the question to the office that created the record. The home page explains the complete official search and request route.

  • For current county custody, start with the sheriff’s detention page and roster link, then call the sheriff if a routine question remains.
  • For a city-created report, contact Anderson Police at 417-845-6463, Noel’s police or marshal contact at 417-475-3777, or Pineville Police / Marshal’s Office at 417-223-4369.
  • For a court case or disposition, contact the McDonald County Circuit Clerk, 602 Main St, Pineville, MO 64856, 417-223-7512, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • For active Missouri state supervision, use Missouri DOC Offender Search or DOC Contact Us.
  • For federal prison or immigration detention, use the official BOP or ICE locator.

For non-emergency warrant confirmation, follow the McDonald County warrant-check path through Case.net, the Circuit Clerk, and the sheriff. Use 911 only for an emergency.
